Can I Purchase Parts on your Website?
Yes, you can order replacement parts through our website, however, we do not guarantee the security method of doing so as our site is not SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted. If you have any concerns about ordering online, please contact us directly at 1-800-443-1410 to place your order or to have a customer service representative answer any of your question or concerns.

What items can I order from you?
Our Customer Service Center provides replacement items or parts, for your original purchase covered under the warranty of the item. However, we do reserve the right to make substitutions with a similar item, if the item in question in no longer in production.

Can you provide me with a list of the stores that carry your items?
All of the retailers that carry our patio items are listed on our website -- by doing a product search. If you require a complete listing of product carried or stocked in a specific retail store, please contact that retailer directly for more information.

If the store has no stock of the item I wish to purchase, am I able to purchase it directly from you?
No, we carry replacement parts for service warranties only. Please visit the retailer to purchase full stock items such as umbrellas, chairs, tables, etc.

Would another store carry the same item?
No, each patio set is sold exclusively to only one retailer.

If I want accessories for my patio set, can I purchase the accessories from you?
No, please consult with the appropriate retail store directly for accessories to your set
You may however, order replacement parts through our website for your existing set.

I like the material and pattern of my cushions; can I purchase extra fabric from you?
Unfortunately we do not stock excess fabric to sell to the consumer as all of our patio items are manufactured and imported from China.

Will the items that are available in the store now, be available next year?
We cannot guarantee that this years patio sets will be available next season. Our patio sets are stocked on a market demand basis and it is the retailer who will determine if the set will be available to following year.

Do you have a catalog of all the items you sell available?
We do not have a catalog available at this time. However, coming soon -- our company website will have a complete listing of all the items available.

Once I have placed my order, when will it be delivered to me?
Providing that the item that you have ordered is in stock, it will be processed within 24 hours.
Depending on the size of the item, it will be delivered to you within 7-14 business days. (Our representatives will inform you on the status of delivery at the time your order is being placed).

What is the best way to care for my patio furniture?
Patio care suggestions are provided on the warranty card that was included with your item. It is recommended that only mild soap and warm water be used for the cleaning of your furniture.
We also recommend that you cover or bring indoors your patio furniture in winter climates.
Patio cushions, when stored, should be kept in a dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent fading or damage from mother nature.

Should I store my patio furniture indoor during the winter season?
Yes, if it is possible for you to do so. Otherwise, it is recommended that you use a furniture cover to prolong the life of your outdoor patio furniture.

Can I purchase outdoor furniture covers for my patio furniture from you?
No, we do not carry outdoor furniture covers at this time. We suggest you to visit your local patio shops, department stores or discount mass merchants for furniture covers.

Why is there no information about your plumbing items or indoor furniture on your website?
We have every intention of including all the items, which we distribute on our web site. It is our hope that these items will be included in the near future.
